Wearing: Tibi skirt, Maje knit, Theory hat, Vintage clutch, Zara heels, Michael Kors watch and Jacquie  Aiche ring.
A few days ago felt like the start of Spring here in New York. I’m not trying to jinx it, just enjoy. It is a simple joy not having to wear multi layered thermals and base what I wear around the very few coats I have with me. This skirt by Tibi has me reminiscing of a similar bird print version I fell for at their AW show last week (which I posted on Instagram here). This spearmint folded skirt sums up everything I want and love about Spring dressing with the colour, cut and structure. The high waist and A line also helps the optical illusion that my body has shape.
I found this vintage clutch at the Manhattan Vintage Fair a few weeks ago and though not an everyday piece, I feel like it is something I will keep for years to come. I also scored an amazing blood orange pair of vintage Escada pants. I’m hoping to get to Brooklyn in the next few days for some serious vintage shopping and potentially find enough for a recommendation post. If you know of any I need to discover please let me know!
